The National Association for Business Economics (NABE) and the Central Bank of Ireland will co-host an International Economic Symposium at the Central Bank of Ireland, New Wapping Street, North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, D01 F7X3, Ireland.
Check-in for the event begins on Monday, May 12 at 11:45am. An optional lunch will begin at 12:00pm. The conference program begins at 12:45pm on Monday and is expected to conclude at 3:45pm on Tuesday, May 13. An official dinner will also be held the evening of Monday, May 12 at the Central Bank of Ireland. In addition, optional informal events for attendees will take place on Sunday, May 11 and the evening of Tuesday, May 13.
Organized around the theme of “Trade, Technology, and Policy: The Changing Dynamics of Growth,” the symposium will explore the critical challenges, emerging trends, and diverse factors shaping the United States and European economies in 2025 and beyond, and the implications these currents have for US and European businesses.
This is NABE's tenth International Economic Symposium; the inaugural event was cohosted in Munich by the Deutsche Bundesbank in 2015. Subsequent events were co-hosted by the OECD in Paris, by Banca d'Italia in Rome, by Banco de Espana in Madrid, by the Riksbank in Stockholm, by the Deutsche Bundesbank in Eltville am Rhein, by the Banque de France in Paris, and by the Deutsche Bundesbank in Hamburg. The 2021 event was held virtually.
