The American Economy Under Stress: Prospects, Strategies, and Policies in the Post 9/11 Era

A NABE Teleconference Series

The events of September 11 have dramatically altered the near-term direction and operation of the economy. The NABE Board of Directors and Roundtable Leaders are striving to find ways to best to serve our members in this post-9/11 environment. One way is to provide information that can help us all fulfill our responsibilities to our employers and clients - to help our firms anticipate, understand, and respond to the changing economy.

With this in mind, we are organizing a series of teleconferences to discuss key economic issues and their implications for business, bringing the brightest and latest thinking to the table. Our teleconferences provide an easy, cost-effective way to obtain timely information.

Below is a list of scheduled teleconferences. Over the next few weeks we will revise and add to this list. Please join us as your time and interests permit. This important series of teleconferences is available to NABE members only. To recover part of the teleconference cost, NABE may charge a nominal fee.
