Annual Meeting, Survey Garner Strong Media Coverage

The 51st NABE Annual Meeting in St. Louis was well attended by a number of journalists, and it continues to receive outstanding media coverage. Reporters from Dow Jones Newswires, CNBC, Bloomberg Television, Bloomberg Radio, Reuters, the Associated Press, Market News International, BNA Publications, MSNBC.com, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the Kiplinger Letters, and Bloomberg News attended the meeting.

The NABE October Outlook Survey was released on October 12, and NABE President Lynn Reaser did a number of interviews with radio and television outlets about it, including CNBC, Bloomberg Radio, CNN Radio, Associated Press Radio, the Wall Street Journal Radio Network, CBS Radio News (national service), and radio stations in Boston, New York, and San Francisco.

In addition to the many survey interviews that Lynn did, NABE Outlook survey analyst Richard DeKaser of Woodley Park Research did an Outlook Survey interview with ABC Radio News  that was broadcast nationally, and survey analyst William Strauss of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago discussed the survey on the Fox Business Network's Opening Bell on October 12.
