Charles Evans became the new president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago on Sept. 1, replacing Michael Moskow, who retired after serving in the bank’s top post since 1994. Moscow is now a senior fellow at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.
