NABE Introduces: KnowledgeLINK
KnowledgeLINK is an “all-inclusive” pass that grants you access to all NABE teleconferences, including teleconferences hosted by NABE roundtables and those covering NABE survey results. For just $100 per year, you will have unlimited access to all of these teleconferences. Think of it as an upgrade to your NABE membership. Instead of paying each time for NABE teleconferences, you pay once with KnowledgeLINK, you will never be charged for a teleconference again. If your employer reimburses you for teleconferences, this means one reimbursement form.

Q: Why should I purchase KnowledgeLINK?
A: If you are (or would like to be) an avid participant on NABE teleconferences, KnowledgeLINK will save you both money and time. NABE teleconferences regularly feature prominent economists and analysts tackling the most pressing issues. When you dial-in to a NABE teleconference, you can expect to develop a broader understanding of a current issue (like health care reform or cap-and-trade) or gain insight on the economic outlook for a particular industry, region, or nation. KnowledgeLINK is a great value and might encourage you to participate in a valuable session you might otherwise have skipped.
Q: How much will KnowledgeLINK save me?
A: If you had dialed in to all of the teleconferences in 2009, you would have spent nearly $300. One year of KnowledgeLINK will cost you $100.
Q: How can I upgrade to KnowledgeLINK today?

Q: I have already renewed my membership. Will NABE prorate my KnowledgeLINK?
A: Yes. You will be charged a prorated amount based on the number of months left on your active membership. If you have 11 months left on your membership, you will be charged 92% of the KnowledgeLINK cost, or $92. When you renew your membership, you can also renew KnowledgeLINK to gain access for another 12 months. Call (202) 463-6223 or email nabe@nabe.com to sign-up with the prorated rate.
Q: I plan to renew my membership soon, can I add KnowledgeLINK then?
A: Yes. Please pay for your KnowledgeLINK access when you renew your membership in the “Join or Renew Membership” page on the NABE Registration Web. Simply check the box that says "Upgrade to KnowledgeLINK." The KnowledgeLINK selection is based on your membership category. So if you renew for one year, your KnowlegeLINK access will be valid for one year.
Q: Which teleconferences will I have access to if I upgrade with KnowledgeLINK?
A: You will have access to every NABE teleconference, including survey teleconferences and those hosted by one of the eight NABE roundtables:

Q: I've added NABE KnowledgeLINK. Now I want to register for a teleconference. What do I do?
A: Congratulations, now that you have upgraded your NABE membership with KnowledgeLINK, you now have free access to all NABE teleconferences. If you would like to register for a teleconference, simply do so through the NABE Registration Web as you would normally. When you check out, you will notice that the purchase price is $0.00. After you check out you will receive an email with the dial-in information for the teleconference.
