M2 Money Stock
The Graph of the Week is the value of the M2 Money Stock, monthly in billions of seasonally adjusted dollars. At one time, the weekly release of the monetary aggregates attracted a lot more attention than they do nowadays. The data comes from FRED, the Federal Reserve Economic Database, at the Federal Reserve Bank of St Louis.
