Welcome to the
Detroit Association for Business Economics

Dear DABE members and supporters:

The 2009-2010 season of the Detroit Association for Business Economics is beginning to take shape.  Below is a list of dates and topics for the new season.  We hope you will find interest in the topics on the agenda and will add these dates to your calendar.

The cost per person for the luncheon meetings will be $20 for members, $15 for student DABE members, and $25 for non-DABE members. If you are interested in becoming a DABE member and have not already done so, please complete the attached form and return to dabe_pmt@comcast.net.  Annual membership cost is $10 per person or $5 for a student membership (we will collect the membership dues at the first meeting attended).   All meetings will be held at the Federal Reserve Bank on Warren Avenue in Detroit.

A formal invitation to the first event will be sent approximately two weeks before the event and will provide you more detailed information. In addition, we do have a few dates with tentative topics so any and all suggestions, ideas or thoughts to enhance this year’s calendar year of events would be greatly appreciated.  Please feel free to contact any one of us.  Also, if you know of someone who might be interested in joining the DABE, please forward this email on to them.

We all hope you enjoyed your summer and we look forward to seeing during the 2009 – 2010 season!
